This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered through Songai Media FZ-LLC ("Songai", "we", "us", "our"). The Songai store sells both digital AI-generated content and, where offered, physical goods. Different rules apply to each.

1. Digital Delivery (AI-Generated Content)

Songs, lyrics, audio, artwork, and other AI-generated content ("Generated Content") are delivered digitally through your Songai account.

  • Generation time: Generated Content is typically produced within minutes of your order, but generation times may vary depending on queue volume, complexity, and platform availability.

  • Access: Once generated, your Generated Content is available within your account or via private access methods provided on the platform.

  • Distribution (Standard Option): If you select the Standard Option at the time of generation, your content may also be released by Songai to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, Deezer, TikTok, Meta audio libraries, and other digital service providers). Time-to-live on third-party platforms depends on each platform's review and ingestion process and is outside our control.

  • No physical shipment: Generated Content is not shipped physically.

2. Physical Goods (where offered)

Where the Songai store offers physical goods (for example, merchandise or printed items):


  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in the UAE will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping methods: We use third-party carriers. Available services and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.

  • Estimated delivery times: Estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, customs processing, and events outside our control.

  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

  • Tracking: Where the carrier supports it, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.

3. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We ship from the United Arab Emirates. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

4. Risk of Loss and Title

Once we transfer goods to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for shipments after they have been collected by the carrier, except as required by applicable law.

5. Delays

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, strikes, force majeure, or events outside our control.

6. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to re-shipping fees. We are not liable for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by you.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Inspect your order on receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@songaimedia.com with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can evaluate and resolve it. See our Refund & Return Policy for further details.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local carrier office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at admin@songaimedia.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

We may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after an order has been accepted. For pre-shipment requests, contact us as soon as possible at admin@songaimedia.com.
